COVID 19 Update

  • Access to the Elk Ridge Trail Rides premises is by prior reservation ONLY. 

  • Please remain in or beside your vehicle until someone comes for you.

  • Please bring a face mask. They are required to be worn at all times on the premises until you are on your horse and your guide informs you when it is appropriate to take them off. 

  • Please bring your own helmet if you choose to wear one on the ride. 

  • Anyone with cold-like symptoms must not enter the premises. We reserve the right to cancel all reservations of individuals who show symptoms of COVID-19. 

  • Please adhere to social distancing (2 meters) with anyone outside of your personal group. 

  • Only guests of the same household/personal group will be permitted in the barn at a time. 

  • Saddles and tack are cleaned after every ride. Please limit unnecessary contact with anything else on the premises (including the dogs).

  • Understand that in some cases employees/volunteers of Elk Ridge Trail Rides will be required to breach social distancing, such as assisting you in mounting and dismounting, giving instruction on how to ride your horse, and special circumstances that would require our assistance for your overall safety. 

  • Group sizes will be kept to 12 or fewer persons at a time.

We cannot emphasize enough to remember to bring your camera - trust us, you will want it. We love this beautiful part of the world and what we do, and we cannot wait to share the adventure with you. We are located right outside the park boundary - a 15 minute drive east of Waterton village on hwy 5. Our exact location can be found on Google Maps and Apple Maps.
